On I go…
The action in the spring compressor.
Punching out the rear pin.
The trigger block rotates to clear the detent.
Removed.
Think the spring is just a little canted?
The cast piston.
Cocking lug and sear.
Leather seal.
Barrel latch.
I love seeing a lockscrew on the pivot screw.
The latch.
Spring loaded!
Latch parts.
You can see the top of the trigger through a hole in the block.
Trigger unit.
One spring not to lose.
Trigger spring.
One pin pushed out. The pins are tight but not too tight. Light raps of a 4 oz. ball peen hammer did the trick.
Parts.
Trigger pivot pin.
Careful not to lose that spring!
A simple trigger, but robust! There was no lubrication anywhere.
More to come…
