On I go.
This screw holds the valve assembly in.
It’s under mild spring pressure, so I held the end against the bench as I loosened it to take up the force.
Removed and the valve comes free.
The assembly.
The barrel fits through that hole. It springs backwards on firing and opens the valve.
The BBs are fed through the rifle into that tube where they are held in line.
The magnet is staked in place.
